ERP is used for Acot production planning. Our PMC team is skilled at demand analyzing. Both hardware and software gives us the flexibility to respond quickly to demand change in product lifecycle, whether it’s a small-volume pilot run or high-volume during ramping up.
At Acot, we understand the key to good manufacture is stable quality. We have traceability record from incomings to final assembly. Measuring and testing are implemented during the manufacturing process, which is planned during new product development.
